Let me just say that this is a type of reference to seeing the thinking at this time. You do not read this book, you look through the index and go the issues that you are interested in the moment. Here you will find a vast richness of learning, all the Latin is translated for you. You enter a consciousnesses so fascinating that it captures the imagination. The ideas on medicine, health tips and diet still work today. The theology is vast, and he looks more aware of man's place in the universe than some "religious" people of today. His section on astrology was interesting as he says the weak and inhibited are the most suspect to fall into its clutches, that the strong can use it as a warning to actions, and a strong man can sustain will over its powers.
